Products

  1. Items displayed on The Art Farm store are made, restored and stored at The Art Farm, France.
  2. Payments for all items will be accepted via pay pal or direct bank transfer unless otherwise arranged  by The Art Farm.
  3. Prices do not include shipping or delivery fees unless stated.
  4. Unless expressly specified to the contrary, Goods in stock will be delivered promptly, and Goods not in stock will be delivered as soon as possible. However, all delivery dates are approximate, and are based upon current availability of materials, present production schedules, and prompt receipt of all necessary information.
  5. When raw materials are out of stock or awaiting delivery from third parties this time period is unknown to us. We reserve the right to delay shipping of items to you the final customer.
  6. When purchasing items there may be a delay in shipping or restoring as items are specifically designed to customer’s requirements.  Example… “when specifying a Farrow and Ball colour we have to order from external retailer and so quantity of stock not known.”
  7. Orders cannot be terminated, cancelled or modified, or shipment deferred after acceptance of Buyers order by Seller.
  8. Buyer may not return Goods and Seller is not obligated to accept returned Goods without Sellers authorization and Buyer has received from Seller a return authorization number. Returned Goods are subject to Sellers then current restocking charge. Special order items or Goods manufactured to order are not returnable.

Workshops

  1. Submission of a booking form indicates the participant agrees to the terms and conditions set out and will be charged the appropriate workshop fee.
  2. Where there is over-subscription for a workshop, the order in which bookings are received shall determine their priority (first come, first served basis).
  3. The Art Farm reserves the right to refuse the booking of a participant.
  4. In case of sudden illness of a teacher or cancellation on their part due to low enrollment numbers workshops will proceed and The Art Farm will engage another  teacher to take over his/her place.
  5. In case of cancellation the enrolment fee will be retained as a donation and to cover processing costs. The Art Farm will offer an alternate period of time at The Art Farm.
  6. In the event of cancellation of a workshop, The Art Farm can not be held responsible for non-refundable costs incurred such as travel and accommodation.
  7.  You will be responsible for your own person during your stay at The Art Farm. The Art Farm takes no responsibility for any injuries incurred during your stay.
  8. You will be responsible for you own property during your stay at The Art Farm. The Art Farm takes no responsibility for any losses during your stay.
  9. Directions and instructions for an easy arrival will be provided however travelling to and from The Art Farm before the program commences sand ends will be your own responsibility.
  10. The Art Farm reserve the right to add, alter or remove workshop content without giving prior notice.
